树枝状角膜炎中西医结合治疗及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合用药对树枝状角膜炎的治疗效果。方法:将76例(90眼)树枝状角膜炎患者随机分成观察组40例(46眼)和对照组36例(44眼)。对照组按常规局部用无环鸟苷眼药水及静脉滴注无环鸟苷,观察组常规加中药方剂治疗,并进行疗效对比观察。结果:观察组治愈44眼,显效2眼,治愈时间12.3±2.50d,1年复发率为13.95%;对照组治愈22眼,显效13眼,无效9眼,治愈时间19.7±3.6d,1年复发率为26.64%。两组治疗效果、治愈时间、复发率差异有显著性(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗树枝状角膜炎,结合动态护理,可提高疗效、缩短疗程、减少复发。Objective ： To observe the effect of integrated Chinese - Western therapy in the treatment of dendric keratitis. Methods ：76 patients were divided into observation group（40 cases,46 oculi ） and control group （36 cases ,44 oculi）. Acycloguanosine drop and venous inflow were used in the control group, Chinese herbs was additional used in the observation group ,on the basis of routine treatment. Results ： In the control group cured 44 oculi, effectual 2 oculi,cure time was 12.3±2.50 days,recurence rate in one year was 13.95%. In the observation group cured 22 oculi, effectual 13 oculi,cure time was 19.7±3.6 days ,recurrence rate in one year was 26.64%. Two groups show significant difference（P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The integrated Chinese -Western therapy of dendric keratitis combine dynamic nursing can increase the effective outcome, shorten treatment course and decrease recurrence.
