阿罗格皮肤点刺试验和脱敏治疗在变应性鼻炎中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿罗格皮肤点刺试验和脱敏治疗在变应性鼻炎(AR)中的应用效果及护理体会。方法:用阿罗格19种点刺原液对210例AR患者进行皮肤点刺试验,组胺液为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照,对变应原为螨阳性者进行脱敏治疗,同时给予护理指导。结果:本组螨Ⅱ阳性者106例(50.5%),螨Ⅰ阳性者60例(28.6%),对变应原为螨阳性且愿意脱敏治疗的66例患者进行脱敏治疗,治疗后皮肤点刺试验均转为阴性,且无全身不良反应。结论:阿罗格皮肤点刺试验为变应性鼻炎的特异性脱敏治疗提供可靠依据,为治疗后的疗效评定提供客观指标,与心理护理相结合,疗效显著。Objective：To explore the effect of employ NHD dermatograph test and desensitization therapy in the treatment of allergrc rhinitis （AR） and nursing care. Methods：19 kinds of skin test solutions were used under the dermatograph test for 210 cases, nistamine was positive control , physiological saline was negative control, offered desensitization treatment and nursing guidance to the mite positive patients. Results： The mite Ⅱ positivel06 cases, mite Ⅰ positive 60 cases,offering desensitization therapy to 66 volunteers, and dermatograph test turn negative, without any general adverse reactions. Conclusion ： NHD dermatograph test provide reliable basis in the treatment of specific desensitization therapy of allergic rhinitis, providing objective criterion for the therapeutic evaluation.
