摘  要:于国内首次应用动电位扫描法研究了锅炉酸洗钝化的主要控制参数。首先实验确定了合适的电势扫描速度,然后将试片放入待试溶液中,测定各种pH及Cl-条件下碳钢的致钝电势、钝化区宽度、过钝化电势及点蚀倾向等。结果显示:若要在碳钢表面获得致密的保护膜,钝化过程的主要控制参数为:pH>9.0(若存在[Cl-],pH>9.5),Cl-<100mg/L以及合适的氧化剂浓度。A study on passivating parameter in boilers chemical cleaning process is for the first time in China carried out with potential scanning anodic polarization technique. At first , a suitable scanrate was selected through experiment, then the active-passive transition potential, passive region, passive- transpassivation transition potential and pitting trend of carbonsteels were determined in 0. 3% HL solutions with various PH and CI- concentration. The results show that the main parameters should be controlled as following, pH >9. 0(>9. 5 if presence of Cl-),[Cl-]<100mg/L,and adequate oxidizerconcentration in order to form tight,adherent and Protective film at the surface of carbon steels during passivating.
