摘　　要：目的了解北京市老年人伤害发生、死亡水平、原因及负担,为制定相应的干预策略提供科学依据。方法以户为最小抽样单位,采用三阶段、分层、等比例、系统整群抽样,入户问卷调查所有住户成员信息,选取60岁及以上老年人为分析对象,描述老年人伤害发生情况。结果北京市调查样本的老年人伤害年发生率为1.83%。老年男性伤害发生率显著低于女性,但死亡率差异无统计学意义。13种伤害中,未发生枪伤和电击伤,以跌落、交通事故、动物咬伤发生率居先。老年人因伤害导致的死亡,以交通事故和跌落致死、自杀为主。诊治费用以跌落伤最高,其次为意外中毒,第三位为交通事故。因伤害导致生活不能自理的天数,仍以跌落、交通事故、意外中毒的负担为重。结论伤害给老年人的健康带来了威胁和损失,影响老年人的生活质量。在老年人中应积极开展跌落、交通事故等伤害的预防控制工作,切实关注老年人的健康,让老年人远离伤害的痛苦。Objective To find out injury incidence, mortality, cause and burden among age 60 or older in Beijing and to provide evidence for intervention. Methods A triple sraged, stratified, proportional, systematical and clustering samplings was adopted, with a household as the primary sampling unit. Using standard questionnaires, interviewers knocked at the households＇ doors and made face - to - face interview. Collecting information of all household members, and selecting age 60 or older to make an analysis and to describe injyury occurred in older adults. Results Injury incidence was 1.83% among sampling older adults, male were lower than female. Injury mortality had no difference between male and female older adults.The leading injury incidences were fall, traffic accidents and bite; the leading causes of mortality were traffic accidents, fall and suicide. The highest treatment fee was fall, poisoning and traffic accidents are the second and third respectively. The leading burdens of older adults who could not care for themselves are injuries of fall, traffic accidents and poisoning. Conclusion Injury threatens older adults＇ health and affects their lives. Prevention and control of fall, traffic accidents for older adults need to be developed, to count health for older adults, and to let them leave from injury.
