中药益母草中黄酮抑菌作用的微量量热法研究

摘　　要：从中草药益母草中提取其中的黄酮成分,用瑞典产微量热活性检测仪(3114／3236TAMAir)测定了不同浓度的黄酮液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用的热功率-时间曲线,运用logistic方程计算出细菌生长的速率常数,建立了速率常数与药物浓度之间的关系,进而确定了药物的最佳抑菌浓度．The thermal power--time curves for bacteriostasic action of Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus in flavone solutions （extracted from traditional Chinese drug leonurus） with different concentrations were determined using 3114/3236 TAM Air（Sweden）. The growth rate constants were calculated using logistic equation. The relationship of brand c was established and the optimum inhibitory concentration was estimated.
