摘　　要：目的:观察心脑欣胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:136例确诊为冠心病心绞痛的病人入选,并随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组101例,口服心脑欣胶囊,2次/d,2粒/次;对照组35例,口服诺迪康胶囊,3次/d,1粒/次。服药时间为4周。观察服药期间心绞痛治疗效果及可能的不良反应。结果:两组病人每周心绞痛发作次数显著减少,心绞痛发作持续时间明显缩短。观察组显效率为39.6%,总有效率达91.1%;对照组显效率与总有效率分别为40.0%与85.7%。所有病人服药期间均未出现不良反应。结论:心脑欣胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛效果确切、服用安全。Objective.. To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Xinnaoxin capsule on patients with angina pectoris associated with coronary atherosclerotic disease. Methods： One hundred and thirty-six patients with angina pectoris were enrolled voluntarily in this clinical pharmacological study and randomly divided into experimental group（101 patients） and control group（35 patients）. In experimental group, patients took Xinnaoxin capsule （2 pills bid） for four weeks, and in control group, patients took Nuodikang capsule （1 pill tid）. Results： The total effective rates of relieving angina pectoris were 91.1% and 85.7% in experimental group and control group, respectively. The frequency of episodes of angina pectoris was dramatically decreased and the duration of angina pectoris was significantly shortened in both groups. All patients had no discomfort during the period of investigation. Conclusion： Xinnaoxin capsule has good therapeutic effect on angina pectoris and is safe to be used in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris associated with coronary atherosclerotic disease.
