白术对离体豚鼠回肠收缩的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同浓度的白术水煎剂对离体豚鼠回肠收缩的影响。方法取长约1 cm的回肠,置于37℃Kreb-Henseleit(K-H)液中,通氧,张力负荷1 g,稳定1 h后,依次加入不同浓度的白术水煎剂,在DC-001型离体器官灌流仪上描记给药前后3 min回肠的收缩曲线。每次描记后用K-H液冲洗5次,给药间隔时间为30min。结果 6.25%的白术水煎剂1.0 ml可轻度抑制回肠平滑肌的收缩,较大浓度的白术水煎剂12.5%,25.0%,50.0%、75.0%,100.0%1.0 ml则能显著加强回肠平滑肌的收缩,且呈量效反应关系。结论较小剂量的白术水煎剂对离体豚鼠回肠平滑肌收缩有轻度抑制效应,较大剂量则能加强豚鼠回肠平滑肌的收缩,并呈量效反应关系。AIMS To study the effects of different doses of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae(RAM) on the spontaneous contraction of isolated guinea pig ileum. METHODS 1 cm isolated ileum of guinea pig was put in K-H solution, and then different doses of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae was added in the solution. The contraction of isolated ileum was recorded by DC-001 organ infulting machine. RESULTS 6.25% RAM 1.0 ml slightly inhibited the spontanceous contraction; 12.5% RAM or higher concentration significantly enhanced the spontanhieous contraction with dose-dependent effects. CONCLUSIONS Small dose of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae may slightly inhibit the spontaneous contraction. Large dose of it could significantly enhance the spontaneous contraction with dose dependent effects.
