完善劳动教养制度有关问题的思考

摘　　要：本文在探讨现行劳动教养期限、适用对象、执行模式等制度存在问题的基础上,提出从立法上完善劳动教养期限和适用对象的有效措施。改革创新执行模式,可以更加充分地体现司法公正、现代矫治理念和劳动教养的特色。这些对完善我国治安法制建设,强化人权保障,改进社会治安的综合治理,具有重要的意义。According to the probe into existing problems of labor education and rehabilitation such as the duration, applicable object and execution pattern, the article not only points out the effective measures which can improves its time limit and applicable object from legislating, but also brings out a reform and innovate execution pattern, which can fully embody judicial justice, and the characteristic of modern concept of correction and reeducation through labor. As to improving our country＇s public security legal construction, it is of great importance to strengthen ensuring human rights and improve the social security work.
