摘　　要：针对准时化(JIT)生产对企业信息管理系统的要求,分析了制造业生产信息系统的目标、主要功能和业务逻辑,给出了系统结构及各模块功能,对计划管理和生产管理2个核心模块给出了具体实现方法。该系统已经用于生产实际中,取得了良好的经济效益,同时作为后期实施的ERP系统的重要的支撑子系统,预期将取得更好的效果。In consideration of the requirements of enterprise information system of JIT production,the target,main functions and transaction logics of manufacturing industry are analyzed, structure of the system and function of all modules are provided. Methods for implementing the 2 kernal modules for project management and production management are also provided. The system is used in production and better economic benefit is achieved,and it can also be used as a sub-system for ERP system and better effect will be obtained.
