摘  要:目的:通过研究中药对小鼠黑素细胞系Mel-Ab及melan-a黑素生成的影响,筛选出有减少黑素生成作用的中药。方法:药物处理Mel-Ab细胞后分别进行黑素含量和细胞生存率的测定。选取的中药在melan-a与鼠角质形成细胞系SP-1共培养做进一步实验。熊果苷作为阳性对照。结果:川芎、威灵仙、桂枝、麦冬、白果、蒿本、红花、白苏叶的醇提物,五倍子的水提物在细胞培养水平对黑素生成有明显抑制作用,强于相同浓度熊果苷的作用。其中五倍子、威灵仙、白果、川芎在共培养中作用效果更为显著。结论:本研究表明上述九种中药提取物对黑素生成有明显的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effects of 90 TCMs extracts on melanogenesis of mono-cultured and cocultured melanocyte cell lines respectively in order to give experimental evidence of potential whitening agents. Methods Extracts of traditional Chinese herbs were incubated with Mel-Ab cells, melan-a cells as well as coculture of melan-a and SP-1 cells. Melanin content and cell viability were assayed for their usefulness. After the primary screening, the promising herbs were undergone further tests in the co-culture of melan-a and SP-1 cells, Results Rhizoma Chuan Xiong,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Ligusticum sinense Oliv,Radix Ophiopogonis,Semen Gingko,Radix Clematidis,Galla Chinensis,Folium Perillae and FIs Carthami prove efficacious to inhibit pigmentation of melanocytes with low cytotoxicity, which is similar to arbutin in the same concentration. Semen Gingko.Galla Chinensis,Radix Clematidis and Radix Ligustici Chuanxiong are more effective compared with arbutin in co-culture system. Conclusion These 9 herbs are promising whitening agents, the mechanism needs to be further studied.
