改良Mckissock法巨乳缩小术

摘　　要：目的:探讨重度乳房肥大下垂的理想术式。方法:应用改进的Mckissock术式行乳房缩小术。结果:17例(32只)重度乳房肥大下垂术后外观挺拔,无乳头乳晕坏死发生和其他并发症。结论:改进的Mckissock法乳房缩小整形术手术方法简便,术后乳房外观良好,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To seek an ideal technique for severe macromastia with ptosis. Methods We have used a modified technique in Mckissock＇s reduction mammoplasty to operate on 17 women （33 breasts）. Results 17 women of severe macromastia with ptosis have been successfully operated the primary results were highly satisfactory,there was no necrosis of the nipple and areola. Conclusion The improved operative method of Mckissock has been proved feasible and is worthy to bepopularized.
