摘　　要：本文介绍SCJ100立升中空吹塑成型机微机实时控制系统中的下位机PLC及其顺序控制系统,介绍该系统的硬件配置、软件设计及编程,并介绍工控机与PLC两级控制系统的通讯。The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)and sequence control system used in the real time control system with microcomputer of SCJ 100 hollow blow-molding make up machine are introduced in details in this paper. The hardware configuration, software design, and programming are also introduced. Moreover,the communication between industrial microcomputer and PLC two-hierarchy control system is discussed.
