摘　　要：依据微观粒子贯穿势垒的透射系数,运用蒙特卡罗随机模拟方法,借助Matlab软件的编程及数据可视化功能,实现势垒贯穿动态随机过程的演示.This paper demonstrates the dynamic and stochastic process of the potential barrier penetration of microcosmic particle, based on Monte Carlo method and the tranmaission coefficient of microcosmic particle potential barrier penetration, by using the programming and visualization of Matlab.
