感染人芽囊原虫昆明鼠肠粘膜的病理改变

摘　　要：目的通过观察昆明鼠感染人芽囊原虫后肠粘膜病理变化,探讨人芽囊原虫的致病机制。方法从腹泻患者粪便中分离培养人芽囊原虫。15只昆明鼠分为3组:A组为接受免疫抑制剂处理组,B组为非免疫抑制剂处理组,经口感染人芽囊原虫1 .6×105个/鼠,观察小鼠感染情况及肠粘膜的病理变化;C组为健康对照组。结果实验鼠人芽囊原虫检出率90 %(9/10) ,虫体主要寄生在小鼠回盲部肠腔和肠粘膜表面,个别虫体侵入肠粘膜上皮,部分肠粘膜充血水肿,腺体增生,粘液分泌增强,可见有炎症细胞浸润,偶见局灶性肠粘膜坏死。病变程度免疫抑制剂处理组比未接种免疫抑制剂处理组重。结论感染人芽囊原虫的昆明鼠回盲部肠粘膜发生病理损害,病变程度受宿主机体免疫状况的影响。Objective To observe pathological changes of intestinal mucosa in Kunming mice infected with Blastocystis horninis, and to understand the pathogenic mechanism of B. horninis. Methods B. horninis were isolated and collected from feces of patients with diarrhea. 15 Kunming mice were divided into 3 groups, group A is immunosuppressed, group B is immunocompetent and group C is healthy control. Mice of group A and B were orally infected by 1.6 × 10^5 of B. horninis. The pathological changes of intestinal mucosa of mice were observed. Results The rate of infection is 90 % （ 9/10）, B. horninis was located in enteric cavity and on the surface of mucosa of ileocolon. Mucosal epithelium was inva- ded by individual B. horninis. Mucosal hyperemia and edema, gland proliferation, enhancing mucus secretion, inflamma- tory cell infiltration of intestinal mucosa in ileocolon were discovered. Focal necrosis of ileocolic mucosa was discovered occasionally. Pathological damage of mice from group A was more serious than that of mice from group B. Pathological change was not discovered in group C. Conclusion B. hornlnls can cause serious pathological lesion on intestinal muco sa of ileocolon in Kunming mice infected with B. horninis. The degree of damage caused by B. horninis infection is im- mune state of host related.
