摘 要:对东方百合‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)、亚洲百合‘波利安娜’(Pollyanna)和麝香百合‘雪皇后’(Snow Queen)进行了核型分析和比较,结果如下:‘西伯利亚’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4m+10st+10 t,核型为3B型;‘波利安娜’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4m(4SAT)+8st+12 t,核型为3A型;‘雪皇后’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4sm(2SAT)+10st+10 t,核型为3B型。其中‘西伯利亚’和‘雪皇后’的核型不对称程度较之‘波利安娜’要高,三者的主要差异在于第1、2对染色体上次缢痕的位置和数目不同。The karyotypes of Oriental lily ' Siberia' , Asiatic lily ' Pollyanna' and Longiflorum lily " Snow Queen' were studied in this paper. The results were as follows: karyotype formula of" Siberia' :2n = 2x = 24 = 4m + 10st + 10t, k aryotype:3B; ‘Pollyanna' :2n = 2x = 24 = 4m (4SAT) + 8st + 12t, karyotype:3A; karyotype formula of ‘ Snow Queen' 2n =2x =24 =4sm(2SAT) + 10st + 10t, karyotype: 3B. The karyotypes of ' Siberia' and ' Snow Queen' were found to be more anisomerous than ' Pollyanna'. The three cultivars were mainly different in the number and distribution of secondary constitution on the first and second chromosome.
