百合三品系代表品种的核型分析

摘　　要：对东方百合‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)、亚洲百合‘波利安娜’(Pollyanna)和麝香百合‘雪皇后’(Snow Queen)进行了核型分析和比较,结果如下:‘西伯利亚’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4m+10st+10 t,核型为3B型;‘波利安娜’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4m(4SAT)+8st+12 t,核型为3A型;‘雪皇后’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4sm(2SAT)+10st+10 t,核型为3B型。其中‘西伯利亚’和‘雪皇后’的核型不对称程度较之‘波利安娜’要高,三者的主要差异在于第1、2对染色体上次缢痕的位置和数目不同。The karyotypes of Oriental lily ＇ Siberia＇ , Asiatic lily ＇ Pollyanna＇ and Longiflorum lily ＂ Snow Queen＇ were studied in this paper. The results were as follows： karyotype formula of＂ Siberia＇ ：2n = 2x = 24 = 4m ＋ 10st ＋ 10t, k aryotype：3B; ‘Pollyanna＇ ：2n = 2x = 24 = 4m （4SAT） ＋ 8st ＋ 12t, karyotype：3A; karyotype formula of ‘ Snow Queen＇ 2n =2x =24 =4sm（2SAT） ＋ 10st ＋ 10t, karyotype： 3B. The karyotypes of ＇ Siberia＇ and ＇ Snow Queen＇ were found to be more anisomerous than ＇ Pollyanna＇. The three cultivars were mainly different in the number and distribution of secondary constitution on the first and second chromosome.
