摘 要:以红王子锦带叶片、幼嫩茎段为材料,研究了不同因素对红王子锦带愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导和增殖的最佳培养基为MS1;附加激素组合为NAA1.0 mg/L+6-BA3.0 mg/L时,愈伤质地紧实,颜色鲜艳,且伴有不定芽分化;以室内叶背面向上和幼嫩茎段纵切面向上接种时,愈伤组织诱导率可达95%以上,生长良好;暗培养25 d后再进行光培养可以提高愈伤组织诱导速度和愈伤质量。With sections of newly spouted shoots and leaves of Weigela florida cv.‘Red-prince' , the influences of different factors on callus induction were studied. The results showed that MS1 was more suitable for callus induction and multiplication culture. Texture of callus was closing and bright in medium appended to NAA1.0 mg/L and 6-BA3.0mg/L, in which single bud could be induced. The rate of callus induction was more 95% by leaf back and shoot slit upturned. The inducing speed and quality of callus were heightened by 25 daysdark culture firstly, and then dayslie.ht culture.
