摘 要:测定了龙竹竹材在不同热压温度下干燥时的温度分布。试验结果显示:竹材内部温度变化可以看做是表层温度变化的滞后;在不同热压温度干燥时,竹材表层与内层的温差由热压干燥刚开始时为零,先逐渐增大后又渐渐减小,在干燥中后期一段较长时间,竹材各层的温度差几乎保持不变,表芯层之间的温度差基本相同,都接近40℃;到干燥后期,竹材中水分大部分散失变为接近绝干时,竹材各部位的温度都趋近于压板的温度,竹材各层温差又趋近于零。Temperature distribution was tested along thickness direction of Dendrocalamus giganteus timber under different hot pressing temperatures. The results showed that temperature change of internal layers of bamboo timber lagged behind that of top layer temperature. The temperature differences between inner layer and top layer started from zero at the beginning of drying, and gradually increased up to some extent and then decreased with the progress of drying, and the difference kept about 40℃ under different platen temperatures of 130℃, 150℃ and 170℃ for a long period during the middle and later stage of drying. Near the last stage when the timber was near totally dry, the temperature difference was back to near zero and temperature of each layer tended to be the same as that of the hot press platen.
