摘 要:采用石油化工科学研究院开发的RIW润滑油异构降凝催化剂,在固定床微反加氢装置上考察了不同氢分压下正十六烷的转化率和选择性,并以实际油品为原料,在中型加氢装置上进行降凝试验。结果表明,较低的反应温度、较低的氢分压有利于大分子正构烷烃在双功能催化剂上的异构化反应。从产品要求上看,尽管低压有利于生成低倾点的油品,但由于生成了较多的芳烃,影响润滑油基础油的安定性,很难满足APIII类油或APIIII类油对芳烃含量小于10%的限定指标要求。因此在工业应用时,应该综合考虑异构降凝的反应压力,在相对合理的氢分压下操作。The effect of hydrogen partial pressure on lube base oil isodewaxing process was investigated at bench scale and pilot plant hydrogenation unit using RIW catalyst developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. The results showed that under relatively low temperature and hydrogen partial pressure, the paraffins and cycloparaffins were easy to be isomerizated on the bifunctional catalyst which resulted in a lower pour point product; however, aromatics were formed due to the dehydrogenation of cycloparaffins at the same time. Therefore, in order to produce more stable API Ⅱ or API Ⅲ grade lube base oil optimum hydrogen partial pressure should be considered for meeting the requirement of aromatic content less than 10%.
