摘 要:为了规范网格体系下的制造资源的管理,实现资源的共享与优化配置,建立了基于制造网格的制造资源管理模型。提出了服务域的概念,并将服务域引进到UML类图中对制造网格资源进行了分析与建模,使用域来支持资源模型的层次化管理,从而解决了只用一幅UML类图来构建海量制造网格资源的弊端。为了进一步方便制造网格中的资源存储、发布、封装和搜索,结合STEP和XML/WSDL对制造资源进行了描述。在开发的制造网格原型系统中,基于制造资源管理模型,对制造资源封装过程进行了分析。In order to standard the manufacturing resource management in manufacturing grid, realize share and improve configuration of the resource,a dynamic manufacturing resource management model based on manufacturing grid was developed. In the model, a notion named service domain was presented to help UML analyze and model manufacturing resource in manufacturing grid, and support hierarchy management of resource model, and the results resolve the disadvantages that model huge manufacturing resource in manufacturing grid through only a set of UML class graph. To facility greatly resource storing ,resource publishing , resource encapsulating and resource discovering in manufacturing grid,the paper combined STEP with XML/ WSDL todepict the manufacturing resource. In the utilization of manufacturing grid system, the processes of dynamic resource encapsulating and resource publishing were analyzed based on the model.
