摘 要:将β-环糊精(β-CD)直接固载到具有大量环氧活性功能基的聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯珠体(PGMA微球)上,制备出新型的环糊精聚合物(PGMA-β-CD)。研究了不同催化体系、反应物料比、反应时间、温度等对固载化反应的影响,经优化,β-CD的表观固载量可达35.14μmol/g,明显高于文献报道的硅胶固载β-CD的固载量。用红外光谱和扫描电镜对PGMA-β-CD进行了表征。考察了PGMA-β-CD对苯酚的包络吸附性能,其饱和吸附量为50.93mg/g干球,初步讨论了其包络识别特性。The novel β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) polymer microsphere was prepared by immobilizing of β-CD onto polyglycidylmethacrylate porous microspheres, which possess a large amount of glycidyl groups. The influence factors including different catalysts, content of reactants, time and temperature of reaction were investigated. The apparent immobilized amount attained to 35.14μmol/g, much higher than reported value of immobilization of β-CD on silica-gel. The product was characterized by infrared spectra analysis (IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The inclusion and absorption abilities of microspheres for phenol were determined, the saturated absorption amount attained to 50.93mg/g dry microspheres, and its selective inclusion property was discussed.
