摘  要:研究了自制胺修饰酚醛树脂(AMPF)对水溶性染料酸性橙II的吸附性能,探讨了pH值、温度、浓度等因素对酸性橙吸附性能的影响。结果表明,AMPF与市售大孔树脂D296和D301相似,对酸性橙均具有较强的吸附能力。温度升高有利于AMPF对酸性橙的吸附;酸性橙浓度升高,吸附量增大。AMPF对酸性橙的吸附符合Boyd液膜扩散控制。各种树脂对酸性橙的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich等温式,其相关系数大于0.98,n均大于1,表明为优惠吸附。The process of adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption of anino-phenolic resin for Acid Orange Ⅱ was investigated. The effects of various factors such as pH value, temperature and concentration of the dye on the adsorption behavior were also studied. By comparing anino-phenolic resin with some commercial adsorbents, it was showed that anino-phenolic resin exhibited much better adsorption activity for the Acid Orange. The adsorption capacities increased with the increase of the dye concentration. The adsorption of the resin for Acid Orange fits the theory of liquid membrane diffusion by Boyd. The equilibrium adsorption data of the resins for Acid Orange were in good agreement with the Langmuir equation and Freundlich isotherm equation. The correlation coefficients were bigger than 0.98 and the adsorption was preferential process with n〉1.
