摘  要:使用白腐菌处理马尾松木片,在短期内对木素和DCM抽提物的降解情况进行了研究.结果表明,培养9天后,木片中总木素含量降低3%,DCM抽提物的去除率达到20%.外源无机盐用量对白腐菌降解木素能力影响不大,但对DCM抽提物影响较大,相同培养时间在试验条件下去除率最大相差2%左右.培养期间内在木片上未见有色菌丝的出现.The treatment of Masson pine with white rot fungus was studied and the degradation effects of lignin and dichloromethane (DCM) extractives in short period were reported in this work. The results shown that 9 days after inoculation the content of total lignin decreased by about 3% and the DCM extractive was removed by about 20%. The dosage of additional inorganic salt didn't affect the degradation ability of white rot fungus to lignin, but had some effect on the DCM extractives. Through the whole cultivated period, the colored hypha was never observed on the wood chips.
