退行性膝关节炎患者自我保健的健康教育

摘　　要：目的探讨退行性膝关节炎患者自我保健的健康教育方式和效果。方法采用随机、群体、个体和书面式教育方式,在运动、治疗和膝关节自我保健指导上对230例退行性膝关节患者进行系统性健康教育。结果230例患者通过健康教育,90.5%了解退行性膝关节炎的发病机理;91.3%能掌握一定的自我保健知识;92.2%能正确采用自我保健措施,进行力所能及适宜自己的运动方式。结论实施健康教育,有利于提高患者自我保健的能力,改善膝关节的活动功能。提高护理人员健康教育能力,对保证健康教育顺利开展具有重要的意义。Objective To study the modalities and the effects of health education during the treatment of retrogressive gonarthritis. Methods According to the symptoms of each patient with retrogressive gonarthritis, nurses introduced the relevant knowledge and self-care instruction to the patients in groups, individually, or in written form. Results 90. 5% of the patients knew the pathogenesis of retrogressive gonarthritis, 91. 3% learned self-care, 92. 2% could take correct self-care measures. Conclusions Health education plays an important role in curing retrogressive gonarthritis. It is also helpful for patients to enhance their sense of self-protection. Meanwhile, the rehabilitation can provide a better recovery to the affected limbs and improve the function of movement and their lives.
