摘 要:采用沉淀硫酸化法制备了复合固体超强酸催化剂SO42-/Fe2O3-γ-Al2O3,确定了其最佳制备工艺条件:硫酸浸渍浓度为0·6mol/L,浸渍时间4h;焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间3h。并采用该催化剂合成丁酸丁酯,考察了物料配比、催化剂用量和反应时间对酯化反应的影响,确定了丁酸丁酯的最佳合成条件:丁醇与丁酸摩尔比为1·4∶1,催化剂用量0·9%(以反应物质量计),回流条件下反应3·0h,在此最佳合成条件下,酯化率可达95·6%。The complex solid super acid catalyst SO4^2-/Fe2O3-γ-Al2O3 was prepared by precipitation and acid- ification of H2SO4. The optimum preparation conditions of the complex solid super acid were as follows:immersing concentration of H2SO4 0.6mol/L, immersing time 4h, calcination temperature 550℃, and calcination time 3 h. The catalyst was used for catalytic esterification of n -butanoic acid and n-butyl alcohol. The effects of material ratio, catalyst amount and reaction time on the esterification reaction were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained. Under the optimum condition of molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to n-butanoic acid 1.4, catalyst (mass percent of reactant) 0.9% and reflux reaction time 3.0 h,the esterification degree of butyl butyrate was up to 95.6%.
