催化柴油溶剂精制工艺副产黑油的利用研究

摘  要:为有效利用催化柴油溶剂精制工艺的副产黑油,采用正交试验法进行了降低黑油中残存溶剂含量的水洗实验研究。确定了最佳水洗工艺条件:水洗温度90℃、水与黑油体积比0.5:1、表面活性剂加入量0.1%、水洗时间20min。在此条件下,水洗后黑油中溶剂含量可降为1.5%。利用水洗后的黑油与糠醛废油、半沥青调合,可以调合出100号甲道路沥青,调合沥青配方为:水洗后的黑油加入量为6%~8%,糠醛废油加入量14%-19%,其余为半沥青。In order to utilize effectively black oil from by-product of catalytic diesel oil solvent refine process, water-washing experiments were carried out to reduce solvent content in black oil by orthogonal test. The optimum water-washing conditions were obtained: water-washing temperature 90℃, volume radio of water to black oil 0.5 : 1, amount of surfactant 0.1% (v), water-washing time 20 min. Under above process conditions, the solvent content in the water-washed black oil could be reduced to 1.5% .A 100# road asphalt was prepared using 6%-8% the water-washed black oil,14%-19% the waste oil from furfural refine process,and 73%-80% the semi-asphalt.
