浅谈工程量清单计价

摘　　要：随着《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》作为国家标准的颁布实施,标志着我国工程造价管理体制的改革进人一个新的阶段,通过学习《工程量清单计价规范》,对工程量清单计价模式与传统定额模式进行了比较,指出了工程量清单计价模式下的招投标制度的优越性,探讨了在工程量清单计价模式下的招投标制度的改革方向,并提出了我国实行工程量清单计价存在的主要问题。With＂construction project quantities list estimation specification＇being national standard, the reform of project cost management system in our country has entered into a new stage. Through studying＂construction project quantities list valuation specification＂, comparision between quantities list valuation pattern and traditional quota pattern has been made. The superiority of bid system under quantities list valuation pattern has been pointed out. The reform direction of bid system in project quantities list valuation pattern has been discussed. The major problems of implementing project quantities list valuation in our country have been made clear.
