摘　　要：我国金融体制经过20多年的改革与发展,初步建立了比较完善的金融市场体系,但是,金融体制和金融运行过程中还存在一些与社会主义市场经济不相适应的深层次的矛盾与问题,需要进行改革与调整。简要回顾了我国金融体制改革的过程,分析了不同管理体系存在的问题及解决对策,在此基础上探讨并提出了今后几年我国金融体制改革的发展思路。After the reformation and development in past more than twenty years, the financial system in our country has been initially established. But in the financial system and the financial circulating process, there still exsits some self- contradicts and problems which do not adapt to the socialist market economy. These self- contradicts and problems need be solved through reformation and adjustment in finance. Through reviewing the process of financial system reform in our country and analyzing the problems and countermeasures existing in different management systems, this thesis tries to study and put forward the development thoughts of financial system reform in our country in future several years.
