装修住宅室内甲醛污染对居民健康影响的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨居室装修所致的室内空气甲醛污染引起的人体健康危害。方法选择唐山市区部分住宅小区在2000年1月—2005年1月内进行室内装修的住户,采用便携式甲醛测定仪进行室内甲醛浓度的测定,并采用自行设计的调查表对留居者进行问卷调查。结果居室各房间室内甲醛浓度在装修后不同时间超标率不同,超标率可高达52.78%;室内甲醛浓度超标组的住户在装修后入住一个月内闻到刺激性难闻气味的发生率高于不超标组,差异有统计学意义。室内停留时间长的留居者眼睛刺激症状和上呼吸道粘膜刺激症状发生率较高,差异均有统计学意义。结论唐山市部分住宅小区室内装修甲醛污染状况不容忽视,随着留居者在室内停留时间的延长,甲醛引起人群神经衰弱征候群、眼睛刺激症状、上呼吸道粘膜刺激症状的发生率有升高的趋势。Objective To study the health damage on dwellers caused by indoor formaldehyde in decorated apartments. Methods 179 apartments decorated from January 2000 to January 2005 and 166 dwellers were selected in Tangshan city. An interview about decoration of apartments and the symptoms of dwellers were conducted by questionnaires. The concentrations of formaldehyde in the air of the rooms were detected by convenient formaldehyde monitor. Results Over standard rate of formaldehyde in bedrooms and living rooms were different after different decoration years. The highest abovestandard rate was 52.78%. The incidence of pungent odor indoor in the air of apartments whose concentration of formaldehyde over standard was higher than those whose concentration of formaldehyde was not over standard, the difference between them was significant. Compared with the dwellers who stayed in apartments for shorter time every day, the incidence of the acute eyes and upper respiratory tract stimulant symptoms were increased. Conclusion The indoor air contamination of formaldehyde in parts of apartments in Tangshan city should be paid more attention to. With the longer exposure to formaldehyde, the incidence of the acute eyes and upper respiratory tract stimulant symptoms of the dwellers increased.
