摘　　要：介绍了新型差压装置——内文丘里管的结构、测量原理、技术性能;根据差压式流量计的测量原理,建立了计算酸气流量的数学模型,并将内文丘里管流量计成功地应用于酸气流量的测量。The article introduces a new differential pressure device, inner venturi tube, including its structure, principle of measurement and technical performance ; According to the measurement principle of differential pressure flowmeter, the mathematics model for calculating the flow rate of acid gas is established and the inner venturi tube flowmeter is aplied to the flow rate measurement of acid gas successfully.
