透明颤菌血红蛋白基因在产黄青霉中的克隆与表达

摘　　要：将透明颤菌血红蛋白基因(vgb)克隆至质粒载体pMK4中,构建成表达载体pMK4-LV,并将表达载体pMK4-LV转化青霉素生产菌株———产黄青霉的原生质体,获得转化子。经发酵实验表明,vgb的表达可以使产黄青霉的生物量提高9.76%,青霉素的产量提高9.68%。Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene （vgb gene） was cloned into Penicillium chrysogenum through plasmid pMKg-LV constructed by pUC18-LV and pMK4. Transformator was obtained. The fermentation experiment showed that biomass and penicillin production of transformator were increased by 9.76% and 9. 68% respectively under the low concentration of dissolved oxygen.
