摘  要:考察大孔树脂对红霉素发酵液的脱色作用,详细研究了工艺条件对树脂脱色能力的影响。实验结果表明,在室温下,以1BV/h的流速进行吸附时,D293树脂对红霉素发酵液具有良好的脱色效果,处理量为10BV时,脱色率为68%;并对树脂再生条件作了研究。The decolorization of erythromycin broth by macroporous resin and the effects of adsorption conditions on its decolorization, capacity were studied. The results showed that the resin D293 has the best effect in decolorization, and the decolorization rate was 68% at the velocity of 1BV/h at room temperature, and the treatment capacity can be up to 10 BV. Meanwhile, conditions of resin regeneration were also studied.
