摘　　要：为控制成本、节约资源和增强企业竞争力,运用系统优化思想和数学方法,分析供应时间与成本的关系,指出供应时间与供应成本具有一定替代性,提出了合理选择关键路径,适当延长非关键路径的成本优化方法。这种从时间角度出发,系统地优化供应成本的方法在实际生产中取得了良好的效果。In order to control costs,save resources and enhance competitive abilities of enterprises,system optimization and mathematical methods are employed to analyze the relation between supply time and costs. Supply time can substitute supply costs under some conditions. This paper presents a way to optimize costs by choosing critical paths reasonably and prolonging non-critical paths properly. Good results are obtained.
