摘  要:直吹式磨煤机出力自动控制,其任务是满足锅炉热负荷的需求,并降低磨煤电耗。针对华能上安电厂300 MW机组钢球磨煤机煤位测量不准问题,提出利用电动机功率信号代替噪音测量煤位进行给煤量控制,并对燃烧自动调节进行了改进优化,取得了满意的控制效果。The task of automatic output control for direct injection type coal pulverizer is to satisfy the demand of the boiler's thermal load,and to reduce the specific electric energy consumption for coal pulverizing.Directing against the problem concerning unaccurate measurement of the pulverized coal level in ball mills of 300 MW units at Huaneng Shang'an Power Plant,a coal feed control method has been put forward by using the power signal of motor to substitute the noise for measuring the level of pulverized coal,and the automatic combustion control being retrofitted for optimization,obtaining satisfactory control result.
