深圳市龙岗区学生超重与肥胖现况调查

摘　　要：目的 分析深圳市龙岗区监测点学校7～10岁学生肥胖与超重的现况。方法 2005年4～5月，对辖区内3所监测点学校4758名一～四年级学生进行调查。按照国际生命科学会中国肥胖问题工作组推荐的“中国学龄儿童青少年超重、肥胖筛查BMI值分类标准”，采用x^2检验等统计学方法，分析其中3836名7～10岁学生的资料，筛选出肥胖组、正常体重对照组学生各240名。结果 3836名学生的总肥胖率为7．22％，超重率为10．53％；以7岁年龄组肥胖率最高，10岁年龄组超重率最高。男生与女生之间的肥胖率、超重率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。4个年龄组之间差异无统计学意义。结论 龙岗区学生的肥胖、超重问题不容忽视，家长及学校应着重培养其生活饮食及运动行为习惯。Objective To analyze the overweight and famess conditions of the pupils aged seven to ten at surveillance schools in Longgang district of Shenzhen city. Methods From April to May in 2005, 4 758 pupils from one to four grades were exmained in three surveillance schools in Long, gang District. According to body mass index（BMI） separate criteria on screening of fatness and overweight of Chinese school age children and adolescent recommended by Chinese work group of International Life Science Institute（ILST） on fatness problem, adopting x^2 analysis technique, 240 pupils were selected respectively into fatness group and normal body weight control group from pupils which volunteered to take part in topic research by analyzing 3 836 objects from seven to ten years old. Results （ 1 ）The total fatness rate and the overweight rate was 7.22 %, 10.53 96 respectively in 3 836 pupils;both the fatness rate of group at the age of seven years and the overweight rate of group at the age of ten years were the highest; （2）The fatness and overweight rate between boys and girls showed significant differences. （3）There was no significant difference among four age groups. Conclusion Fatness and overweight of the pupils in Longgang District should not be neglected, parents and schools should emphasize on cultivating their custom of living, diet and motor behaviors.
