摘　　要：目的探索建立一套基于工作流程和步骤的实验室监测质量控制指标。方法通过文献查阅、焦点小组访谈和专家咨询以及相关机构专业人员意向评价等方法进行。结果确立健康相关物品检测质量控制指标共15个,其中关键指标5个,分别为采样记录填写完整率、运输及保管条件的记录符合率、检测方法受控率、质控有效率、检测结果准确率。结论所建立的质量控制指标基本符合疾病预防控制机构实际工作需要,可为开展实验室检测工作的质量控制提供依据。Objective To establish a set based on the work flow and the step laboratory monitor quality control target. Methods The methods of literatures review, focus group discussion and specialists consultation were employed to develop the index system of quality control of detection relevant articles of health. Results The index of quality control system was composed of fifteen indicators, Among them there were five key indexes, include records of completed sampling rate, transport and storage of the records in accordance with the conditions rate, detection methods controlled rate, quality control efficient rate, detection accuracy rate results. Conclusion Identify indicators conforms to practical work need in Center for Disease Control and Prevention（CDC）, and may provide the basis of quality control in laboratory examination.
