基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的造纸机传动系统设计

摘　　要：PROFIBUS总线是一种开放式的现场总线标准,作者将其中的PROFIBUS-DP总线通信协议应用于造纸机电气传动系统的设计中,由西门子PLC与ABB公司的ACS800变频器组成总线网络,对传动电机的运行状态实现了较理想的通讯控制,较好的实现了造纸传动控制工艺中负荷分配、速度链等的控制,使系统完全符合造纸机传动控制工艺的要求并获得了满意的控制效果。PROFIBUS bus is a kind of open on-the-spot bus standard, this text uses PROFIBUS-DP bus communication protocol among them in the paper machine electric transmission; design, made up the bus network by Siemens PLC and ACS800 inverter of ABB Company, has realized more ideal communication control to the operation state of the transmission electrical machinery, better realization papermaking transmission control craft load assign, speed of chain, etc. , make the system totally accord with the demand that the paper machine transmission controlled the craft and obtain the satisfactory control result.
