摘  要:目的探讨实验性冲击波负压暴露后,豚鼠耳蜗组织学病理变化特点。方法成年豚鼠暴露于不同强度的实验性冲击波负压后,光学显微镜下观察耳蜗的组织学切片病理变化情况。结果当冲击波负压峰值>-45.5kPa时,耳蜗组织切片出现较明显的病理学改变,最常见的典型病变为底转鼓阶、中阶、螺旋韧带与血管纹出血,且病变程度随着负压峰值的增大而加重。结论中等强度以上的冲击波负压暴露可导致明显的耳蜗组织病理学改变。Objective To explore the characteristics of histological changes of cochlear in guinea pigs exposed to experimental blast underpressure. Methods The cochlear sections of the guinea pigs exposed to experimental blast underpressure were observed using light microscope. Results The remarkable changes were observed in the sections of the guinea pigs exposed to experimental blast underpressure of peak more than - 45.5kPa. The most representative changes were haemorrhage of scala media and scala tympani, spiral ligament and stria vascluaris. The more the underprssure is, the severer are these changes. Conclusion Exposure to mid-intensity of blast underpressure more than -45.5kPa can induce remarkable pathohistological changes of cochlear in guinea pigs.
