摘  要:目的建立脊髓损伤的半切模型,为科学评价移植物治疗脊髓损伤提供模型。方法通过自行研制的脊髓半切切割刀,半切大鼠腰膨大,形成相同大小的块状缺损,建立半切块状缺损模型,通过BBB评分、运动诱发电位及体感诱发电位检测来综合评价模型的科学性和稳定性。结果该模型可形成相同大小的块状缺损,伤侧后肢术后1天BBB运动功能评分为(0.50±0.53)分,术后84天为(3.63±0.74)分;术后28天伤侧N1波峰潜时MEP为(30.25±3.04)m s、皮层感觉诱发电位(SEP)为(24.03±3.64)m s,较正常组均有显著延长。结论该脊髓块状缺损模型具可靠性和稳定性,适用于评价移植物治疗脊髓损伤。Objective To establish lump defect model of half-cut rat spinal cord, and evaluat the effect of grafts on spinal cord injury. Methods The lumbar intumescentia of this model was a lump defect produced by using an improved knife. The rationality and stability of the model was verified by grading the scale of BBB, motor evoked potentials MEP) and somatosensory evoked potentials ( SEP ). Results The size of lump defect of the models was the same. The mean score of BBB in injured side hind limb was 0.50 ± 0.53 on the 1 st day after the operation, and 3.63±0.74 on the 84th days after the operation. The mean peak latency of N1 wave in MEP and SEP in injured side hind limb were ( 30.25 ± 3.04 ) ms and ( 24.03 ± 3.64 ) ms respectively 4 weeks after the operation. These data in the operation group was larger than that of the normal control group. Conclusion The correctness and stability of model were verified. The results suggested that the model is suitable in evaluating the effect on transferring tissue for treatment of spinal cord injury.
