摘　　要：本文研究了甘草渣中总黄酮的提取工艺,用正交分析法,找出了热回流法最佳的提取工艺条件,并经过放大试验,得到很好的效果。The process of extracting flavonoids from the residue of glycyrrhiza was introduced and the conditions of extraction were studied by orthogonal design in this paper. The optimum extracting conditions were obtained, tested and verified by experiments.
