摘　　要：介绍了机关文书档案管理信息系统的设计原则、特点、系统结构、系统功能及实现,并具体讨论了系统的结构设计、主要功能及在实现过程中涉及的关键技术。The principle, character, structure, function and realization of archives management information system are introduced. And the design of system,main fuction and the key technique in the process of realization are discussed particularly.
