妈富隆治疗青春期功血临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妈富隆治疗青春期功血的临床应用价值。方法选择青春期功血患者36例，用妈富隆治疗，观察疗效。结果服药后子宫内膜变薄，服药3次后阴道流血量明显减少，服药3～7天阴道流血停止，完全血止的平均天数大出血组为3.24±1.35天，淋漓出血组为2．64±1．32天。两组治愈率分别为76％和73％。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功血疗效明显，方法简便，副作用轻。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of marvelon for puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 36 patients with. puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated with marvelon, then the therapeutic effect was observed. Results After treatment,the endometrium became thin. Bleeding was significantly decreased after treatment with marvelon for three times and bleeding disappeared within 3 to 7 days. Anemia was improved. The mean time when bleeding was stopped completely in massive haemorrhage group was 3.24±1.35days,and that was 2.64±1.32 days in dripping haemorrhage group. The cure rate in the two groups were 76 % and 73 % respectively. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of marvelon for puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant. It is simple method with slight side effect.
