导电硅橡胶的线性电阻特性研究

摘　　要：研制了炭黑填充的线性导电硅橡胶，对炭黑填充的导电硅橡胶的电阻随炭黑含量变化及其线性特性进行了详细的研究，确定了最佳的炭黑含量，同时对其导电机理及实验结果作出比较合理的理论模型解释．A linear conductive rubber with carbon black fillers was prepared. The dependence of the resistance on the content of carbon black and the Linear Characteristic of the conductive rubber with carbon black fillers were studied in detail. The best content of carbon black was determined. The conductive mechanism of the conductive rubber with carbon black fillers has been explained reasonably by means of a theoritical model.
