摘  要:目的:比较雌激素和雌、孕激素合用所致大鼠子宫肌瘤模型与其免疫功能的相关性。方法:分别以雌激素和雌、孕激素肌肉注射造成大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,并在此模型上观察大鼠免疫器官,用流式细胞仪测定其T细胞表面分化群CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8的水平,用放射配体结合分析法测定雌激素受体水平。结果:雌、孕激素致大鼠子宫肌瘤模型表现出其免疫器官胸腺重量降低;CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8明显降低,CD8明显升高;雌激素及其受体水平升高。结论:雌、孕激素致子宫肌瘤模型大鼠表现为免疫功能明显低下,雌激素受体水平是其主要影响因素之一。Objective:The relation between immune function and the model of hysteromyoma of rat were studied. Method: Rats were injected with diethyl 1 stilbestrol, and progesterone and diethyl stilbestrol together. The immune organs were observed,levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 in serum were measured by flow cytometer;estrogen receptor was analyzed by radioligand combination assay. Result:Compared with normal group, the weight of thymus, the levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 of model group injected with diethyl stilbestrol and progesterone was significantly increased. Conclusion: It is suggested that the low immunologic functions in model rats with estrogen and progesterone together was lower, might be related to the levels of estrogen receptor.
