摘　　要：科技进步及经济的全球化,使得区域乃至全球城市体系逐步扩展。提高城市竞争力并发挥其作为区域发展“领头羊”和组织者的角色,推动地区和国家经济的迅速增长,已被各级地方政府提上议事日程。因此,通过城市竞争力的评价与分析,找出城市竞争中的优势要素和劣势要素,对于各级政府制定科学的城市发展战略,提高城市竞争力,统筹区域经济社会协同发展,具有重要的现实意义。The development of science ＆ technology and the globalization of economy make regional and global city system expand step by step, Through enhancing the competition power of cities and exerting their roles of ＂leading-sheep＂ and organizer to push the rapid increase of regional and state economy has been put on the calendar of regional and state governments. So it has significant practical meaning for the regional and state governments to make reasonable development strategies, enhance competition power of cities and integrate the economy and society together to develop harmoniously through the evaluation and analysis of cities＇ competition power, finding our the advantage and disadvantage factors.
