摘　　要：本文在总结了企业价值评估传统方法的适用情况以及存在的问题的基础上,就实物期权理论在企业价值评估方法中的运用做了详细的表述。同时,筛选了国内外学者在运用实物期权定价理论评估企业价值方面的研究进展,指出其中的不足和有待研究的问题,为相关领域的研究提供了参考方向。After reviewing methods of evaluating the value of enterprises, including their suitable criteria and problems, this article summarizes the application of the real option theory in value evaluating and indicates the problems to be solved in the future. This offers some references to the research in the related fields.
