摘  要:对应熔窑构型及玻璃品种规模的玻璃液流熔制特征杨志强,胡桅林,过增元(清华大学,工程力学系,北京100084)G1assMeltFlowPatternRelatedwithFurnaceStructureforDifferentScalesandPro...On the basis of physical and mathematical modeling,the relationship between the characteristic flow processes and tank furnace types has been studied.It could be confirmed that for the large scale sheet glass furnace,the melting process depends mainly on the natural convection of melt current;for the middle or small scale throated furnace,though the natural convection of the melt is comparatively weak,the melting process could also depend on the natural convection.,sometimes with additional forced convection may be much better,but for the very small furnace of unit melter,for its marrow body and high viscosity of melt,the natural convection is so weak that could not meet the need of melting process,forced convection may become its characteristic flow Process.
