摘　　要：提出了综合客户端／服务器（C/S）和浏览器／服务器（B／S）模式的大客户网络服务系统的设计和开发思路，并分析了系统的主要功能。系统实现后投入实际使用，为运营商实时管理不同客户的虚拟专用网络资源的告警、电路、拓扑、策略和服务质量等工作带来了许多方便，大大提高了壬作效率。这证明了设计思路对大客户网络服务系统是可行、实用和科学的，值得其它类似系统加以借鉴。This paper presents the design scheme and development approach of ServicVPN based on c/s mode and b/s mode, and analyzes the major function of the system. Having been implemented and applied, It brings convenience for Service Provider to real-time manage alarm, circuit, topology, strategy and service level of VPN, and improves greatly the working efficiency. The design scheme is proved feasible, applied and scientific, which is deserved to use for reference for other similar systems.
