摘  要:通过对青海江河源农牧科技发展有限公司生产的0.10%C.肉毒杀鼠素诱鼠颗粒毒饵Ⅰ和诱鼠颗粒毒饵Ⅱ,进行的防治高原鼠兔的田间小区对比试验。结果表明,用诱鼠颗粒现场配制的毒饵防治高原鼠兔的平均校正防治效果可达94.95%,两药剂间经方差分析差异显著(F=8.643>F0.05=3.885,既P<0.05)且与常用的0.10%C.肉毒杀鼠素燕麦毒饵具有相同的防治效果。From comparative trial of controlling rodents between granule attmctant of 0. 1 CLOSTRJDIUMBOTULINUM ( Ⅰ )(produced by Qinghai Jiangheyuan agri-livestock Science and technology Ltd. company) and granule attractant ofclostridium botulinum ( Ⅱ ) (made - up granule attractant of 0. 1 CLOSTRIDIUMBOTULINUM at present ). The results showed that adjusted controlling rodents effect reached to 94.95% with granule attractant ofclostridium botulinum ( Ⅱ ). It was obvious difference from analysis of variance between these two kinds of granule attractant(F =8.643 〉 F0.05 =3.885. P〈0.05) . It was as the same controlling effect as granule attractant of 0.1 clostridium botulinum ( Ⅰ ).
