摘　　要：抗日战争时期,晋察冀边区政府采取积极的财政策略,保障了战时最基本的军需与民生,为巩固和发展根据地、坚持持久抗战发挥了极为重要的作用。During the Anti -Japanese war in Shanxi - Chahaer -Hebei border region,＂ these financial measures ensured basic military supplies and the people＇s livelihood in wartime. They played a most important part in consolidating and developing revolutionary base areas, and carrying out long - term Anti - Japanese war.
