高效液相色谱法检测多种雌激素的结果分析

摘　　要：目的 建立快速有效分离已烯雌酚、已酸羟孕酮、醋酸甲羟孕酮、戊酸雌二醇的方法。方法方法以ZORBAX SB-C18 5μm4．6×250mm色谱柱，乙腈：水=8：2作为流动相，分离四种组分。结果四种组分分离良好，在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系，日间相对标准偏差为2．75％-9.22％，检出限：已烯雌酚0．014μg／ml；已酸羟孕酮0．006μg／ml；醋酸甲羟孕酮0．032μg／ml；戊酸雌二醇0．100μg／ml。结论该法灵敏度精密度好，能满足检测要求。Objective To establish a effective method for determination of diethyistilbestrol, hydroxyprogesterone, esrtodiol valerate, medroxyprogestone acetate. Methods ZORBAX SB - C18 5μm 4.6 × 250mm was used for separation,8 ＋ 2 aeetonitrile： water = 8 ＋ 2 was used as flow. Results All four components were entirely separated, and showing a nicer linear relation on corresponding to concentrations, relative standard deviates were 2.75 % - 9.22 %, MDL were： Diethyistilbestrol 0.014μg/mL; Hydroxyprogestemne 0. 006μg/ml;Medroxyprogestone 0.032μg/mL;Esrtodiol Valerate 0.100gg/mL. Conclusion The method is effective for determination of estrogen.
